Leckey Freestander

Moving up in size from the Totstander, the Freestander will support children with mild to moderate levels of physical involvement. The stander covers a large growth range and has adjustable chest, hip and knee supports to ensure that it meets a large range of clinical needs.

The Freestander is easy and convenient to use with those requiring assistance for transfers. The lower baseboard allows access for a quick and easy transfer from the wheelchair or classroom chair to the stander. The standard pelvic band and the optional padded pelvic plate are designed to help promote mid-line symmetry (upright posture). The Leckey Freestander also comes with four locking swivel castors to allow teachers, parents, and therapists to move an individual from place to place without ever compromising safety or positioning.
