The Stealth i2i Headrest Hardware and Positioning Kit offers a complete head and neck support solution for individuals with limited head control. Its lateral and posterior supports gently guide the head into alignment while allowing natural range of motion.

The optional chin prompt encourages neck muscle use over time and slides down safely if too much pressure is applied.
